Bob is preceded in death by parents, Charles Sullivan & Monte Margaret Heath and granddaughter, Alixus Brooklynn Heath.

Bob is survived by his wife, Mary Ann; sons, Bob (Elaine) Jr., Billy (Angelia) and Brian (Karlene); brothers, Jake and Ray; sister, Toni; 10 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

A Memorial service will be held at 2pm on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at Alternative Choice Funeral and Cremation.
