James L Farley

James L. Farley (Jim) went to be with the Lord on Saturday 26th at his home in Farmington NM. His favorite Scripture was John 3:16 Jim was born 4/1/37 in Nashville Arkansas to Edgar and Pearl Farley.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years Betty L. Farley (Winfield). One son Robert Farley. One daughter Robyn Smith. Grandchildren Nerissa Valdez (Shelton), Jesse James Shelton and, Dusti Farley. And one great Grandchild Aspyn Shelton.

Jim had worked in the Oil & Gas Industry for 50 years including working as a Quality Control Manager for Y&S Candies. He was an avid sports enthusiast, loving anything with a ball. He loved coaching baseball, basketball and golf. He was a part of the Farley Brothers bowling team, winning many trophies throughout the years. He loved the outdoors, camping, hunting, fishing and photography were some of his favorite pastimes.

Jim is preceded in death by his parents, seven Brothers and, three sisters.

Service will be held at 2:00 PM  Monday, February 4, 2019 at Alternative Choice Funeral & Cremation
